"In a time that we were most stressed and vulnerable due to the April hail storms Fahey Roofing really stepped up! We had many companies banging on our door, multiple times trying to force us to use them for restoration and we really had no clue how to go about getting all the damages repaired. Josh Fahey himself made multiple visits to our home to answer any questions and made us feel ease about the processes. Once we had signed contracts with them, Damen was there to hold our hand every step of the way. If anything was less than perfect, they would make sure it was fixed to our expectations as soon as they possibly could. All of the repairs took months, but I was happy to see that once they started our project they did not rush through it and then move along to the next like I saw many other companies do. They made sure the weather was as good as it can be and then make sure to do things as I requested or would explain to me the more correct way. We had to have everything replaced roofing siding, gutters, soffit, etc. but our house looks amazing and looks brand new! More beautiful than when we first bought it! I’m so appreciative to them and they are about to start another project for me in the near future. After a series of wind and hailstorms damaged our roof, the team met with us and our Allstate adjuster to plan for roof and gutter replacement. As the adjuster examined our property, the Roofs team was present to represent our concerns. Because of their diligence, the claim was approved quickly and a detailed plan was presented. After picking our our shingles color and settling on the building specs, we were delighted and surprised to see the work start promptly three days later! At the end of the day, we had a beautiful new roof. The next day, all new gutters and downspouts were installed. Our yard and surrounding landscape was cleared of clutter, nails and debris. "I can't say enough about the incredible job and dedication Josè and his crew put into the job they did today. What was supposed to be a reshingling of our roof became a 13+ hour job these men completed in some of the hottest weather. [91° was the high today!] The plywood in our roof was long overdue to be replaced [guessing it was 20 yrs overdue; we've only been here 2 years]. 45 mins into the job, one of the boards gave way. Thank goodness little Josè didn't come completely through, but he nearly did!!! Ultimately, a job became a whole project. New plywood was required, not only to get to code, but also for the new shingles to be laid, and for the safety of the crew if nothing else! Inside required the ceiling repairs and new drywall! 13 hours later, our roof is beautiful, well done, and installed. "Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

"The guys rolled in here at 6:30 am and was gone by 11:30 am they were great putting that metal roof on . A week later they showed up and started putting on the soffit and fascia and gutter had that done in a day and a half .
