This is an A+A+A+ company! From start to finish! Matt S. was awesome! He worked with the insurance adjuster, paperwork for insurance claim, picking out shingles and answered any questions we had! Communication and on time was outstanding! Jared and his crew were awesome! Our roof looks great,  they did a fantastic job and clean up was awesome! Can't say enough how pleased we are! Tom quickly came out to assess my roof for the possibility of missing shingles on my roof. Not only did he tell me that my roof had no signs of damage, but told me that my roof looked to be 5 or less years old and is in good shape. If that truthfulness wasn't enough, Tom also took pictures to show me and he assured me that my roof was still in great shape and needed no repairs. Talk about easing my mind! Absolute Assurance has a great employee in Tom and they should know about his honesty! Thanks, Tom!...

Had Refined Roofing come out and reppace my roof after storm damage. Excellent communication through-out the process! From the moment Jared showed up, he was polite and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and we had no unexpected issues or charges. We have a large roof, and it was completed in one day! The crew moved quickly and fixed many issues from the roof damage. Jared stayed after dark to clean up and returned the next morning to ensure he didnt miss anything and to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!...

Jeremy was our contact person and was very prompt and professional. He explained what the entire job would entail and took us step by step as to what we needed to do in regard to the insurance process. Jeremy contacted us when the job was going to be started and supplies would be dropped off the day before. Jared, who is the Project Manager, arrived with his work crew first thing in the morning  and they set up all the equipment to remove the old damaged roof  and begin installing the new roof. Jared was very friendly and professional as was his crew, they were busy every second and seemed to enjoy their work which gave us confidence that people that enjoy their work usually do a very good job. We were very pleased with the finished product and especially the great cleanup after the roof was completed.  I would highly recommend Refined Roofing & Siding for any type of job you need done....
