Absolutely awesome service. We had Nate Haghiri come to service our home. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and measurements. Taking into account the amount of space our radiators would need to heat and how large of a combi-boiler we would need. From counting our windows,seeing if they were double paned or not, to measuring the size of each room. I had called 2 other companies to give us a quote and neither went to the extent he did to tell us what we would need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't leave us hanging. For the installation we had the pleasure of working with Dean. He's been in the business for nearly 40 years and definitely knew what he was doing! From bleeding the lines in our radiators to customizing all of the copper piping for the combi-boiler unit. Stellar work and very organized. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and is not cutting any corners. He also answered all of our questions and left us feeling satisfied with the work he completed. There was no mess left behind either. Overall we were very happy to have done business with Bayside and working with Nate and Dean!
