We purchased our Windows about 5 years ago when window world of Columbus was being run by Keith Dotson. 😠
In January of this year, I had to call to get two replacement sashes. They came in within the time frame that was estimated and we were called to set up the installation. Jake came out and installed both sashes in less than 15 minutes and did an amazing job. He was professional and polite. We appreciate the new management and staff and the night and day difference that they have made for this business. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 😃😃�...
