We ordered a Gas Stove from Home Depot and the contractors broke the gas line causing a gas leak. We were instructed to call a plumbing company. We called Eco Plumbers and Nathaniel Julian was AMAZING! Beyond knowledgeable, explained everything step by step, he exceeded my expectations & got our stove up and running with a new gas line/shutoff. I truly can not thank this man enough, he was at our home for 3 days and when he need help from a higher up with in Eco he didnt hesitate to ask. This man is amazing and truly will get down to the bottom of your problems. I can not thank him enough! Thank you so much Tracey! We truly appreciate it!!! Basically, a rebuild of our furnace and AC and now functioning properly without replacing. He even gave us 2 AC units so our house wasnt so hot and they worked amazing...

Brian Wallace is the MVP of the Eco team! He was able to quickly assess the issue with my floor drain, explained what was happening and how he was solving it very throughly to someone like myself who isn’t knowledge about this. Had it back to normal very quickly. We’ve had to use Eco Plumbers a few times and unfortunately our home is a new build! Each person we’ve spoken to, have interacted with, and every technician we’ve encountered have been an absolute pleasure to work with! They’re professional, kind, they listen, they ask questions, they always check if we have any other concerns or any questions they could answer for us.  I love the fact I can schedule online for my issue and I’m able to post videos and photos or one or the other of the issues we’re having.  They have a lot of information online and the turn around time is insanely quick. They’re always on time in their arrival window.
