When I requested a free roof exam, I had no idea that we would be getting a sales associate like Ryan Flora. He told us all about Kerrigan Roof and Restorations view on how a roofing company should operate. He told us what the procedure was for the estimate and how they would take care of all of the details - we would not have to do much of anything. From the initial estimate to the final sweep for any remaining nails, they did handle everything. All that we had to do was enjoy the wonderful new roof that they installed. I would recommend Kerrigan to anyone that has a roofing need...

I could not be more pleased with Kerrigan Roofing. I had a very small ridge cap shingle rip off and I’m too old to get up there and fix it. This job was so small I couldn’t find anyone to touch it. Finally I found Kerrigan. It’s was too small for them too, but Ryan would not let it drop. He found a way to get it fixed. He called and texted me weekly to keep me informed. They just fixed it. I’m a happy camper. No more water leak! Thank you Kerrigan! I’ll definitely call you when I need more work done...

It was a pleasure working with Kerrigan. Ryan was so patient with me in choosing a shingle color . He took the time to find homes in the regional area so I could go view the various homes with my selected colors. For me, it made All the Difference. Ryan answered any questions without hesitation as well as Tyler & Steve who were also helpful throughout the roofing experience. The entire project was handled professionally! Moreover, I was so pleased how they paid attention to the detail even on the ground. All debris was removed and my flower beds were unscathed. Thank you Kerrigan!...
