Yes you will pay more for the parts than if you sourced locally but having the parts and labor warrantied are a huge benefit when you’re dealing with older equipment like mine...

Highly professional from start to end. The sales person Pooya took time to explain all the details about various features of the furnaces and air conditioners I was interested in. He also mentioned what exactly the installers would do and approximately how long will it take to replace my HVAC system. The installers came right on time and did their job exactly as expected. Before leaving my house, David, the team leader, walked me through the operational details and things that I need to pay attention to. This is more than what I expected.
