After the recent winds we had here in the Lima area, I noticed a few shingles that looked out of place and wanted to get someone to check it out, before it turned into a bigger and costly issue. I reached out to Ohio Roof Masters and Sal got back to me right away.! He came out to my property quickly, took a look, and explained exactly what was going on without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. He was direct, price transparent, and overall a joy to work with. Which is rare quality in today’s times.

I appreciated most just how honest and efficient he was. He walked me through everything, answered my questions, and made the whole process extremely easy to understand. Once we decided what needed to be done, he and his team handled it immediately and didn’t drag the process out.

Sal was professional, helpful, and you can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way. If you live or know anyone in need in the Lima area dealing with roof issues after these destructive  winds, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Ohio Roof Masters and asking for Sal! You won’t regret it. Best decision I’ve made this year...
