The Lady on the phone was very nice, she got us an appointment the next day. Our water heater had quit working due to the fact that our water softener had stopped working. Max came out to give us a an estimate, we wanted to go from electric to gas, he checked water lines and gas lines, he was very informative. Wrote up a couple different options explained those to us. We wanted to sleep on the info. Next day we called and the nice lady set up the appointment for the following day, Max and Evan worked all day and did a great job. Thank you for your professional and prompt service. Office lady was quick to respond to my google message and provide a same day inspection. Maxwell the technician was very attentive to my plumbing needs and offer professional suggestions for maintenance of my spigot after fixing the pipes and installing new spigot. Pricing was decent in comparison to other companies.
