"There were three things that stood out to me about RCV. First, they were very quick to respond to my on-line request for contact/a quote. Second, even though my job was relatively small (a few repairs to siding in preparation for selling my house), they came out within a few days to inspect the house, determine the repairs that needed to be done, and get me a quote. And third, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule when they had some time between jobs, which I appreciated very much. All in all, it was a very positive experience. "We needed our attic insulated so after some research I found RCV. Nico, who was awesome and really helpful and thorough, came by to give me an estimate. He took the time to explain the different kinds of insulations, the standards in Indiana, and the company standards. He was not only professional, but very friendly and patient. I had gotten a quote from another company, but they came out, said this is it, and the insulation they offered was not quality. No options, no explanations, just there ya go. The crew came out, and my wife was home and they too were very professional, courtesy, and did an excellent job! After that experience, I called Nico back and just signed up to have them replace my gutters and some fascia! I feel this is a great company!
