Generally good experience working with Brad and the company. Took a few calls to get on the calendar but the work is beautiful, was done in a day and has left us confident in our decision to work the American Siding. Note that we only had our garage done at this point, but in a few years we will definitely be seeking Brad out to get a quote for the house. ZERO stars, when you have money these guys are Johnny on the spot. But after the work is done and you have paid them don't look for any follow up response. I have a leaking roof which they installed a few years ago "still under warranty". They refuse to come out and repair/honor said warranty. For the past 3 months I have called them several times, even went to their business and was promised a visit to inspect the roof. I have heard nothing from the company. I have filed a BBB complaint and they ignored the complaint not even responding to the BBB. At this point I will have someone else repair the roof and I will have to sue American Siding and Roofing for the money out of my pocket. In summary my experience with this company has been horrendous. I will never do business with this company again and I would warn anyone else to beware of this company...
