We contacted YA for appliance repair, specifically our clothes washer which is a Samsung brand.  We were very pleased from the initial phone call to the office to schedule service to the completion of service!  Everyone was incredibly nice and personable.  Service appointment went great.  In our case, parts had to be ordered.  Parts came in quickly and service was completed promptly.  Very pleased with our overall experience and we will be contacting them again with any future needs...
