Quality work. On time and completed my water heater installation in about an hour. Cleaned up area and took old water heater. Gave me instructions for care and maintenance of water heater. Very personable installers. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work.

My only concern has nothing to do with Rescue Rooter, but the factory that shipped the appliance. The water heater had a small dent in the top of it. This should not have any effect in the operation of the appliance, however, it is a dented appliance that should come with some sort of reimbursement.  Just contact me if you feel this is appropriate.

Rescue Rooter technicians Tyler Shumate & Monty Evans removed my old leaking hot water heater & installed a new one today in less than 2 hours. They were polite, very skilled & worked quickly. They also did a great job cleaning up the job site. The whole experience was surprisingly easy, I totally recommend using this company for plumbing work. I was just informed that I needed a pressure test for my Food Trailer today and I called and they got me a technician out in about a hour which I was pleasantly surprised.
