Service and Estimate: Austin was great to work with, provided great answers to our questions, and provided a couple options in estimates.

We were hoping to wait, but 5 weeks later our end of life unit died.

Buying: Austin came back out and closed up the deal with photos and the signed contract. I was so surprised they were able to get us in the next day.

Installation Day: We loved our crew. Kyle, Jarrett and Dillon. Great guys, Kyle was a great crew leader.  He and Jarrett did a great job training Dillon who was only 4wks on the job. They kept everything clean and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient and effective in communicating with us and each other. Our unit is installed beautifully. It looks level and runs so quietly.  Such an upgrade.

We are so happy with our decision to move forward with our furnace/ ac replacement. Letting all of our end of life neighbors know about Logan...

My experience was great from start to finish! My constant, Cameron, did an amazing job explaining things to me and helping me through the financing process, picking the right system for my home, etc. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience comfortable and easy!
Installation was the very next day and Chuck, Victor and Iseah were prompt, professional, efficient and courteous the entire time they were here. They answered all of my questions before leaving for the day. They left no mess behind, either! They left everything in great condition. I would most certainly recommend Logan AC & Heat Services to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system...

Absolutely fabulous crew! I’ll admit I had sticker shock with my new ac and furnace quote, but after receiving 4 other quotes, Logan was right in line with the other companies. The kicker for me was their outstanding financing options which no one else was even remotely able to come close to. Tech was able to answer all my questions leading up to install including some product additions as well. Install team was extremely polite, efficient, and thorough in explaining job. They cleaned up well after which was great and so glad I decided to choose Logan...

The experience was excellent from start to finish! They were able to come out pretty quickly from our initial contact asking them for a quote and got us scheduled fast when we made the choice to go with their business for our full system replacement.

James, our salesperson/initial contact, was excellent. He walked us through our options that would fit our needs and was extremely communicative through the whole process.

For installation day, our techs Matt, Brendan, and Kaden were amazing. They were super kind to my dog who was definitely curious about them and what they were doing in our house (we did keep her out of their way most of the time but let her investigate at start and finish) and they were super friendly and communicated with us along the way as needed.  They kept the place clean, cared for our home like it was their own and did the job in what I think was a pretty good/quick amount of time. They answered all our questions, and didn’t seem to mind our occasional check-ins (though we tried to not breather down their necks I definitely was curious about a few things as they were happening so I’d peek from a distance haha).  They also put our  drain pipes in a less annoying place than the original install.  Overall we are thrilled with our new system so far and would definitely Recommend Logan for others’ heating and cooling needs...
