The contractor quickly assessed the problem! He knew the leak in the basement was the toilet in the half bathroom.

He offered 2 remedies and their prices.  I selected the cheapest option and he quickly fixed the problem.  He was very courteous, professional, and personable.  Should I decide to replace the toilet in the future, I hope to work with him again...
