I had met Preston when he came in to my place of employment for lunch. I had mentioned that we had roof damage due to the storms. I was impressed that he didn't act like a typical sales person. Preston was very polite and sincere. We quickly set up a time for him to look at our roof. It was a very pleasant experience. Preston explained the damages, took pictures, and assured us that he will be present when the insurance adjuster comes out so that he can oversee things and make sure the adjuster doesn't miss anything. It was a very stress free appointment and we weren't pressured in any way. My husband and I look forward to working with Preston.  He will deal with the insurance company, we will not have to. We were very impressed. We would highly recommend him...

Cameron and Preston went above and beyond to help get my entire roof replaced. After a pretty bad wind storm came through I noticed some shingles that were vertical, I contacted Columbus Roofing Rescue and Preston came out and assessed the damage, I then made a claim on my homeowners and Cameron came and met with the agent. They both did a great job helping me get the entire roof done. I'd also like to mention that the original shingle I chose for the replacement was out of stock so I was upgraded from a 110mph shingle to a 130mph shingle at no cost.
