The technician himself was great. Very kind and professional. However, the actual service I am less than impressed with. I spent a lot of money for barely noticeable results that I could have achieved myself. I don’t often pay for services like this, so to do so and be less than amazed is disappointing. I would not recommend Stanley Steemer if you are looking for stain/overall dirt removal. See picture for what came up in my own, cheap carpet cleaner AFTER Stanley Steemer....

Steven J is amazing!! I called them in to do the carpets but had some bad couch stains. (On a white couch) — I had low expectations on the couches but he was able to pull the stains completely and quickly… also gave his expert advice on what to do in the future. Will be using him as long as he works at Stanley!!...

All around a great experience. They did come a little past the time window, but we were notified adequately. Upon their arrival they were very friendly, explained everything and started working. They spent about 4 hours doing carpet and kitchen tile and they spent more time making sure the “color seal” on the grout was perfect. They even spent extra time on the kitchen because to them “it wasn’t good enough”, but from what it was before, it was an awesome job!!! They also kept us informed during the process to ensure we were satisfied and that is appreciated!! All around 2 great guys that do awesome work!!!...

Service rep Devontae was early and did a great job. He was helpful, explained the process and was efficient getting everything done.  Very pleasant personality. His supervisor stopped in and ended up helping him complete the job. I'm very satisfied with the way the cleaning was done....
