From the initial phone call to signing the paperwork and having a new roof installed these folks were highly professional. Thomas Clifton was very thorough in documenting and explaining his findings and what needed done to remedy all the problems. He was very informative and polite throughout the process. He was very helpful in his suggestions where we were unsure. Donald Runyon and his crew of men did an awesome job from the moment they started. Don kept us updated the whole time. They cleaned up and hauled the dumpster away within in an hour of completion. Roof looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Victors Home Solutions...

The timeframe for completion was excellent. The attention to detail for my surrounding property not so much. I had to ask that the old roofing material not be thrown into my landscaping. Travis’ crew did an awesome job, they even identified a larger problem than I first thought, they shared photos of the damage, replaced the rotted wood on my roof from what was covered by another company 9 months ago before I bought the home. They did a great cleanup afterwards, they were very professional, thorough and had great communication throughout the process, I would Highly recommend them!! Victors Home Solutions is an amazing company and I welcome them all to Cleveland. Jeff, Amy, Dame, Travis, Chris,Dave, Brett and Jocelyn’s crew are outstanding. The crew arrived at our house around 5:30am and only stopped for lunch. The crew made sure our home was protected during the install and the clean up exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved and was overwhelmed by their generosity. The lunch was excellent and a huge surprise!!
