"Had a leak and contacted Bristlewood on a word of mouth recommendation. Rick came out quickly, within the week of the initiation, and was very thorough on his examination of our roof. He sat with me to go over his "short" issues video, it was 7 minutes, and discussed our options. Along the way we encountered hurdles but the team at Bristlewood was very communicative and we were able to guide me through the process with ease. We replaced the 20+ year old roof and 4 skylights, which were likely original to the house, 1989. The job was completed in a day and we have been very happy with the results. We also have a chimney job they are working on us with as well. Highly recommended."

They also did a great cleanup job after the install and made sure no nails or other debris was left in my yard. They showed great respect to my property. This company is a “first class” operation from the management, to their sales rep, to the project manager on site, to the installers, and to the final inspection. Every person treated us professionally, kindly, and were very knowledgeable. They even protected many flower beds that are near the base of our home from shingles that were stripped from the roof. "The guys rolled in here at 6:30 am and was gone by 11:30 am they were great putting that metal roof on . A week later they showed up and started putting on the soffit and fascia and gutter had that done in a day and a half . The guys are very knowledgeable and professional and polite and the clean up is excellent. If you get anyone else to do your roof or other work that would be a great mistake and they make the financing very easy .
