Conner and his crews were very respectful of the our landscape and neighbors. In fact he did both of our neighbors. We had someone lined up but I saw he was not just slamming shingles down but solving problem areas on our neighbors house and that is why we had gotten an estimate from him. No, he was not the least expensive but that was not what we were after we just wanted someone responsive to our calls and if any problems came up on the roof someone who could correct those issues. A+ work a satisfied homeowner...

Connor came out within a few hours on a holiday (4th of July) to emergency tarp our roof after a tree fell on it. I left him a voicemail stating I needed the work done asap because rain was coming soon, and he immediately responded. Upon arrival, he said, “I figured nobody else was responding on a holiday, and I wanted to help.” Our area got a massive amount of rain the next morning and we’re still dry! I can’t thank him enough...

We highly recommend Rocket Roofing! Connor and his team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was completed.
What impressed us most was Connor's communication. He was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and when an unexpected issue arose, he addressed it immediately and clearly communicated the plan to resolve it. That level of responsiveness and customer service is hard to find.
