We recently had our roof replaced by Dalmatia Roofing, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. This family-owned business, led by Mark and his son Paul, was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Their crew was respectful, hardworking, and took great care to protect our landscaping, plants, and property throughout the project. When the job was completed, they did such a thorough cleanup that you would never have known major roofing work had just been done.

The finished roof is absolutely beautiful and has enhanced the appearance of our home. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. We highly recommend Dalmatia Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company that truly takes pride in its work...

The entire experience with Dalmatia was over the top.  Replacing a roof is not an easy task for the roofing company or the homeowner!  Paul was gracious, gave us so much info about the history of the family owned company, and the price was very reasonable.  We did need to replace the plywood, which was an added expense, but he worked with us in every way, and the roof was completed in one day, thanks to the workers who arrived at 6:45 am and left at 9:30 pm!   Mark was here until all was complete.  We appreciated the attention they gave to every aspect of the job.  Excellent work ethic! Thank you Dalmatia!!!...

Had a great experience with Dalmatia. They are way more responsive and quick than other contractors. They took care of permitting and materials and their quote was reasonable for the work. Once engaged they were communicative and prompt. From my first call to work completion was less than two weeks and my roof looks very nice. They cleaned up the site every day as well and their workers are competent. Everyone was easy to work with! I trust them and their work...
