He explained to me the work and also what my financial options would be gave me multiple options to choose from. I settled on what I felt was the most cost-effective looking forward to the work. has done multiple services in my home and I believe this will be no different based on how on how professional they have been on the previous visits to the property. I expect no less to be done with my new generator. Had a second visit by a Jones technicians, first was Rommer he came the day before and didn’t assessment of my outlets for my dryer, took pictures and was professional and explained the job in detail of what I was expect when the technician actually arrived. The next day technician Adrian arrived. He also explained the work and what he be doing. He was thorough work was done clean and I was given a new outlet for my dryer system, and it was done professionally and cleaned afterwards wiped down and made sure everything was returned, including Furniture back to its original state. The outlet works great minimal damage as there was some cutting of sheet rock, but overall is highly unnoticeable. Then another gentleman who unfortunately I did not catch his name was rerouted a day early to my home and was able to fix the dryer vent behind a wall. He also was professional kind and courteous. All three men came to my home within a two day period and completed, the job task at hand in a clean, neat and professional manner with little to no disruption to me and my family. I will say this as much as I like Jones they are not always the most cost-effective option ,but they are the quality option and they get the job done right.. less than a month. I’ve had three major electrical and heating ductwork jobs Completed by them and all of them were done in professional ,safe and effective manner, would highly recommend to anyone that they should call Jones first. Had Jones electrical services come out to my house to install a new electrical box. Technician named Victor showed up. He was dressed professionally. He was able to explain to me the job that he was here to do. He took pictures and went through the process of what it takes to ensure safe transition of electrical boxes for upgraded box. This was a tough job on a 90° day to shut the power off in order to do this eight hour job. He worked very hard and spent a lot of time explaining to me what he was doing Checking in with me to show me the progress at the end was not only tested And updated with the county, but also labeled and tested each breaker.it was all professionally done and efficient. All done same day. Would definitely recommend Jones again and if you get Victor, he really knows what he’s doing. Consider yourself fortunate...“ Show more
