Edit to add: after a month of my new furnace/AC install, our water heater happen to start leaking! So I called Adams and Amber was great quickly getting us scheduled. Gene, David and Luis did a fantastic job on a hot Saturday. Huge thanks to the team for keeping this house afloat with the AC, furnace and water heater! Terry was thorough and friendly when giving the quote for both an AC and furnace, took a lot of time to explain our options. Turnaround time for installation was less than a week and installation for both took only one day. All the installers Kyle G, Chris H, Paul P, and Zach L were so friendly and great to work with. Walked through everything and cleaned up nicely before they left. Highly recommend...

I couldn't recommend Adams Heating & Cooling more for all of your home's HVAC needs in the Capital District. Courteous, friendly, timely, and most important of all, excellent work. I called 5-6 companies around the area looking for quotes on a new furnace, compressor, and some ductwork. Adams was by far the fastest in getting back to me with an inspection and a quote. I felt that Erik was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend for our house size, current situation, etc. The price was very fair and he even threw in a discount. Once the time came to install, the whole crew was very professional and polite, and we had a working HVAC system again by that very afternoon. Before leaving, they made sure to walk through each step of the installation, showed me how to operate the thermostat, and provided some maintenance tips for both the compressor and furnace. Other than my initial install date needing to be rescheduled, I had a great experience with Adam's and my mini-split install. Kyle and Paul did a great job during the install. They were pleasant, polite and professional. The install looks great. I was worried how the line set would look coming out into our screened in area, but I am very happy with the end result. They install Mitsubishi units, which was a big factor in our decision. It also helps that they were the lowest cost amongst the 3 bids I received. Would definitely recommend...

I am very pleased with the quality of the installation service provided by both Alvin and David. They were both very thorough and professional in their skill sets. Their demeanor and communication skills were top notch. They took their time to show me everything about the Mitsubishi system they installed so that I had a comfortable understanding of operating it. Amber is excellent in her customer service and coordination skills.
