He went through every fine detail, explained the process from start to finish, and gave us our quote the same meeting. From that point, we dealt with David on the finishing details of the service. Both Andrei and David were very professional, patient, kind, and helpful. They have a great demeanor and it was peaceful with all conversations. David was patient and helpful as we waiting for a home equity loan to process, we locked in a date, and unfortunately (which you will with all roofing jobs) we had to push our date a few days for weather. Once the day finally came, Andrei was the site manager and oversaw all work and runs to the store for any items that may have been needed. They were on time, which isn't as common as one wound think with contractors, and got to work at 7 AM sharp as they said. They had a very deep and detailed crew. Throughout the day, they had a ground crew constantly picking up debris and nails and items. They were helping supply the workers on the roof. The roofers above were non stop working and very patient and detailed as they replaced needed plywood. Andrei was very good at maximizing the materials so there wasn't wasted wood or materials. That was a relief. In the contract we budgeted a certain number of sheets and he was not being wasteful. We had a large roof, a gazebo, and a shed to be done. Everything looks amazing. The attention to details of the workers on the gazebo was a site to see. They took their time and made sure it looked good. At the end of the day, they made sure, to the best of of their ability, to put everything the way they found it. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service, work ethic, and attitudes of everyone we encountered. From start to finish, and we had numerous quotes, this was the best experience. Price and quality was on point for what we were trying to achieve. They worked almost non stop from 7:03 AM until 8:23 PM. They did what they needed to be good at their craft,not didn't feel rushed and it didn't feel like they were slow workers. Everyone worked hard.
