From beginning to end, our experience with Stellar has been fantastic. Kevin Blum- Home Exterior Specialist- inspected our roof and explained the entire process in detail in a way we could understand and know exactly what to expect. Chris Marks- Project Manager- was equally as generous with his time, explanations, and assistance. There were plenty of materials and no extra charges were needed. Both men answered all questions and were very attentive. The Crew- Rusy - did an amazing job, replacing our roof in one day and very specifically attentive to details. Even the clean up was complete. They took special care with our exterior, lawns, and details. The store experience was awesome and we will definitely be calling for future needs and also highly recommend Stellar...

Wonderful experience from start to finish. There were no pushy sales pitches, and Chris was excellent at explaining all of our options, and even competitors. Once the contract was signed, colors were picked,and the shingle types were chosen, the process moved fairly quickly. We received the call to schedule 3 days later, and within 2 weeks a dumpster was placed in the driveway. The very next morning, the full crew arrived and got right to work. Our contact person was Antonio Massie, he made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process, and he fully explained each step along the way. He even purchased paint to touch up an area that had gotten scratched. He truly went above and beyond for his customers. We were incredibly impressed. We needed almost all new gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Metal ridge caps for our metal roof for proper ventilation, and flashing along the back of the house. We worked with Jak for sales and he was phenomenal. Took his time explaining everything, answered all our questions and helped us navigate when we ran into insurance problems as well. Very responsive and helpful. Once the job was booked, it was completed about a month after and when scheduled took 2 days. The foreman Scott was great! Just had a roofing job completed on part of our house. The roofing crew did a great job. The roof looks great. The crew was prompt, efficient and cleaned up nicely. The Project Manager was Cisco Garcia. Cisco was fantastic, a great communicator. Cisco was always available to answer our questions and explain the project even though he was managing two projects.
