David and his team did a excellent job replacing my entire roof. Work was done on time and kept clean thru the process. David found some of the plywood rotten. Showed me photos and advised replacing which they did. Very honest and transparent. He also installed gutter covers for me at a great price. David and his team were very professional and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing their roof done...

David & his team did a gorgeous job replacing our entire roof, and making sure it got done before the snow started this year! We discovered several leaks in our roof, and I felt daunted when researching roofers. David's quote was the most complete and professional, and he patiently answered all of the questions I had, and that communication continued through the entire project. Our roof is an unusual shape with two chimneys and three smaller lower roofs. When the crew removed the old shingles, the rot was actually worse than we had expected. In the end, we needed 12 sheets of plywood to patch rotten areas and David charged us a very reasonable price per sheet. David was able to diagnose that the previous owners hadn't replaced our roof correctly and had re-used decades-old step flashing with inadequate ice&water shielding, which led to extensive rot not only under the shingles but in some areas underneath the siding. All of these issues were expertly & immediately handled by the roofers on his team, even going as far as replacing wall flashing rafters where they had completely rotted out. Other roofers could have taken advantage of us in this situation, but David kept us informed with photos & great communication and stuck to the quote, charging us for the additional materials as previously discussed without pushing us into anything unnecessary. I felt very informed through the entire process. Our roof was primarily tongue-in-groove boards (this is a 100 year old house) and the crew cut custom pieces of plywood to replace the rotten areas like a jigsaw puzzle. I feel 100% confident with the work that was done and would recommend him to anyone who asks. His crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned up the property beautifully, no nails or staples to be found anywhere. There is a reason his reviews are all 5 stars - Thank you again to David & his crew...

I was given Xterior PRO's card by my Contractor who said "They are the best"!  I Met with David who explained in detail the entire process from start to finish. I was given a detailed presentation booklet for color choices and what the GAF system consisted of . David also dropped off several large sample boards to see the shingle colors in person.  When the job started, David again showed me what each step consisted of. Once the job was completed (2 days) David's crew cleaned up everything and left our property as perfect as before! It was a complicated roof as it has many levels and valleys. David had his crew do some extra work at no additional charge too! David emailed me the 50 year warranty and I just received a "Hard-copy" in the mail from GAF. We couldn't be happier!..I HIGHLY recommend David and Xterior PRO...
