We had an excellent experience with Xterior PRO from start to finish. We noticed some water damage in our baby’s nursery and knew we needed to get it addressed quickly. I reached out, and they were able to come out the very next day for an estimate, which immediately gave us peace of mind.

They took the time to explain the entire process, go through our options, and answer all of our questions clearly. My wife is expecting, and her due date fell within their normal booking window, but Xterior PRO was incredibly understanding and flexible. They worked with us and were able to fit us in that weekend, which meant a lot to our family.

The crew arrived right at 8am and wrapped up by 4pm, even after discovering they needed to replace numerous sheets of plywood, due to aging and water damage over time. Throughout the entire job, they kept me informed, communicated updates, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. They even added venting in the roof

The pricing was very reasonable, and the team did a great job protecting our lawn and plants during the work. They cleaned everything up afterward and left the property looking great.

What really stood out about Xterior PRO was the combination of professionalism, speed, and genuine understanding. They were punctual, flexible, communicative, and fair from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust...

Old roof stripped off, sub roofing repaired where needed and new shingles, venting and flashing put on.  The new roof is fantastic and this company did it at less than half the price other companies were quoting and I got more included in their service.  Wow….I really didn’t expect it to come out this nice and was concerned there would be upcharges at the end.  Not so at all.  These guys are absolute professionals and you can trust you won’t get slammed with additional nonsense charges when the job is done.  David was a pleasure to work with and his crew did a marvelous job of protecting the property during the tear off and the cleanup was 110 percent.  They left the property neater than when they arrived.  I really couldn’t be any happier with the quality of service and materials and after seeing these results…..I’m convinced those other big dollar companies are pure rip-offs!  If you need a new roof or repairs, I very highly recommend you go with David and Exterior Pro.  You will not be sorry you did...

Xterior PRO have just replaced our siding and gutters and we could not be happier with the results. It was a pleasure to work with David, who is helpful, easy to work with and has a good rapport with his crew. His crew was the most focused and hardest working group we have experienced in this house. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned the site every day before they left. The Xterior Pro estimate was significantly lower than the other two we received, so they are priced competively.  We highly recommend them...
