All Seasons has done good work on our roofs and decking/balcony over the last year or so. The difference between a good contractor and a great one is in how they react to unexpected changes in scope, timeline or materials availability. All Seasons stands behinds its work and goes to bat for its customers with materials vendors. No contractor is perfect but All Seasons did a good job of closing out some complex projects and sticking to contracted work.

All Seasons has deep expertise in EPDM flat rubber membrane roof. They have expertise in woodworking, framing and general roofing. They repaired two EPDM roofs, resealed skylights and rebuild a balcony floating deck. In collaboration with us they went out of their comfort zone to install a polycarbonate roof, and a safety glass balcony railing. They showed up when the roof leaked and fixed issues as they arose, taking care of the property regardless of the source of the problems. They owned their own mistakes when they happened and worked to resolve. All Seasons is not always as responsive as I would like reflecting their heavy schedule, but they come through with a good product and care about their work.

Luis Crus is a seasoned PM and creative solutions architect who is easy to work with. Axel has flexible wood, framing and glass skills and works very hard. Gabbie and Luis Espinoza hold down the back office with grace. I hope All Seasons grows, adds more staff, and continues to serve Hudson Valley homeowners with skilled roofing and contracting services...

All Seasons did a wonderful job on 2 of my properties. Roofs and gutters on both homes. Workers were respectful and did a great cleaning after each days work. Very professional from the office throughout the entire project. I will be returning for another project. I am very happy with the results...
