Joseph Trionfero says: „On June 12 2024 we had Hill's Heating and Air Conditioning put in our new Ruud central Air Conditioning unit. First of all , they worked with us on the scheduling, when we requested that we have our installation date moved up (due to family scheduling conflicts). They came a week ahead of schedule in their busiest time. So helpful! When Andy and Matt arrived (promptly at 9:00 AM) they were courteous and professional. They insisted on putting shoe coverings on, even though I told them it wouldn't be necessary. They both worked non stop (through lunch) and completed the entire job by 2:30 the same afternoon. Both Andy and Matt were very patient with me in sharing their vast knowledge by answering my many questions. They never wasted a move and it was obvious from the onset that they were masters of their craft. They cleaned as they went along and left the job sight (in my basement) cleaner than what it was when they arrived. As a final safety/quality control step the service manager, Mark, came to the job site to inspect, assist and "start up" the AC. Mark is also EXCELLENT as he has been to our house in the past helping to keep our old unit going. In addition, I was also told that next spring they would come to inspect our new unit to make sure everything was as it should be, NO CHARGE. I cannot say enough about this company or its incredible people. Andy, Matt and Mark were wonderful and I highly recommend them. In 2024 it's hard to find a quality tradesmen so to find three, who were kind, talented and polite was a real blessing. By the way, the Ruud unit works great. Worth every penny! Thank You!!! Part 2: The only thing better than a great installation is great service. Three weeks later (on July 4th weekend) I found a puddle of water under my central air. I called the 24 hour service number and left a message. A short time later Aaron (the owner) called me and said he would have a service person there shortly. At 8:00 sharp I had Alex at my door. He found the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time. While he was there he checked it out completely and did a few adjustments to improve its output. It runs perfect. It was fast.
