Taylor was friendly when I set up the appointment for the estimate. Joe Reeder was my Design Specialist. Joe was very informative during my estimate and listened to my concerns. He stayed in contact with me during the process and was able to explain options to me and was helpful when my plans were updated. Kat and Macey, from the office, also kept me informed and up to date when there was a slight change in the schedule. Kat also arranged for the public utilities to be marked prior to the start date. I cannot say enough great things about the fantastic work crew who handled my project! Despite a delay in starting, due to the weather, these 4 very hardworking men finished the project on time! I definitely need to give special kudos to Foreman Zach Redfield, Co-Foreman Dom Grossi, along with Installers Frank Coss and Service Technician Bradley Bruhn. They were all so pleasant, enthusiastic, extremely respectful of me and my home and great about explaining to me when a slight change needed to be made to accomplish the task. They were always happy when I would go to the basement to check on the progress. They were all so very proud of the work they do and have a terrific work ethic. They are exemplary representatives for the Woodford Bros. Zach Redfield was in touch with me about their arrival and was great when going over the plan for the day. They were on time to my house (and stayed late to make up for the weather delay), and very polite and energetic during the entire project. They were very informative when showing me all of the parts of my project which included : the WaterGuard drain system, CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe sump pump, SoakAway drywell system, adding a dedicated electrical outlet and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and air purifier. I look forward to this crew coming back to install a basement window for me! I would most definitely hire Woodford Bros. again, especially with the caliber of employees that they have on their staff!
