The best in the business. Everyone that goes past my house when I’m outside compliments it. Changes mid project were easy and Rey was super accommodating. I’d only recommend NISI for exterior projects. Clean, respectful, hard working crew. Nobody can compare to these guys...

I highly recommend Nisi Home Improvement! Rey, the owner, was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, provided a fair and affordable price, and the gutter installation was completed smoothly and efficiently. The workmanship was excellent, and when the job was finished, the entire area was cleaned up perfectly—there wasn’t a trace of debris left behind. It’s hard to find contractors who are reliable, reasonably priced, and take such pride in their work. I would definitely hire Rey and Nisi Builders again...

I found NISI through Google Maps, searching for contractors who were nearby. They had good reviews. When Rey came to talk to us we liked him right away and did not even bother getting any other estimates. He was very patient in explaining everything and gave us very good advice on all the details of the job. We felt that the price was fair and Rey was very patient with us as we made minor changes along the way.  He even had his crew work on a Sunday because we made a change that was going to require more time.The crew was hard-working and efficient, cleaning up every day before they left. I can’t find a single flaw in the work that they did. I recommend NISI highly...
