They were all so pleasant, enthusiastic, extremely respectful of me and my home and great about explaining to me when a slight change needed to be made to accomplish the task. They were always happy when I would go to the basement to check on the progress. They were all so very proud of the work they do and have a terrific work ethic. They are exemplary representatives for the Woodford Bros. Zach Redfield was in touch with me about their arrival and was great when going over the plan for the day. They were on time to my house (and stayed late to make up for the weather delay), and very polite and energetic during the entire project. They were very informative when showing me all of the parts of my project which included : the WaterGuard drain system, CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe sump pump, SoakAway drywell system, adding a dedicated electrical outlet and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and air purifier.
