This company did us really well, their service, punctuality, and professionalism are all excellent. Give them a try you’ll see! It’s a long story, but let’s just say that they got to the actual tree root of the problem in the pipe joining two toilets and the tub on the first floor of our high ranch. These two toilets are the icing on the cake of excellence. They cleaned up very well and everything. Look at the smooth caulking/seal job of both toilets after they installed them. (A special shout out to Rich who finished up - you’re the man buddy! 😎. Hailey the receptionist is courteous and sweet - thank you so much!...

My parents had water coming out of the light switch in the downstairs bathroom. I set up a few plumbers to look at the job and received estimates. The Technician, Will, made us feel comfortable that he will fix the situation, so we chose 1-Tom-Plumber. It was a great decision. The company worked with my schedule, so we chose a day I could work from home. Will, did his job, and cleaned up. (My Mom uses a walker and will get hurt trying to move faster, so others don’t have to wait on her.) Will told her to slow down, that he could wait for her, so he can explain what the issue was. My Mom, felt very at ease with him and slowed down. So, we had a plumber with the perfect personality and caring for an elderly couple, and he knew his trade. We will definitely call them to work at my parent’s home again, even if I can’t work from home that day. 10Stars. Very pleased...

This Saturday we discovered water leaking into our garage. We called 1-Tom-Plumber Long Island, and a technician came to help right away.
