Two years ago when the furnace quit Falso gave my mom an estimate and brought space heaters to keep her warm and to protect the pipes from freezing. That to me was great customer service. Just a week ago I had a new air conditioning unit installed, Seth and his crew showed up early and had the job done in about six hours. They were neat, no mess no fuss. Don’t waste your money!! After having a couple of good experiences with Falso for my furnace repairs I decided to check them out for plumbing because we bought a new fridge that needed to have a water line run to it. Called up and got someone to come out the next day which was great, was happy with everything up to this point. However when the plumber arrived and gave us the quote we couldn’t believe how much he quoted us. To have a little water line hooked up not even 5 feet to our fridge they wanted $725! That’s not even including the $99 charge to come spend 5 minutes to give us the quote. Before calling we did some research and saw that the national average for this job would be 150-200 bucks somewhere in that range. So when he said $825 we were blown away. Apparently they charge a flat rate for everything so hooking up a new water service no matter how small the job is $725. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will no longer be doing business with this company. If you can’t trust your employees to give an honest quote for the work then you have a problem. All in all I suggest anyone, especially if you have maybe only a small job to be done, look elsewhere for your quotes. Save your $9...

We are part of the advantage program. We got The Lennox SL28036 AC Lennox SLP99070 Furnace Humidifier with blue light & the S30 Lennox Thermostat installed back in June 2021 when we bought our house & the AC died the day after we started moving in. Every single service tech that comes out , is always professional & down to earth! Whenever we have an issue they are right there and ready to help! Nick (sales) is amazing! He’s been here a few times for service & for quotes! Last time he was here to sign us up for the financing (electric box) he was here for quite a bit waiting on my husband. We are Italian so we talk & he was talking along like we were all old friends. Nick & Josh the electricians are also amazing! They installed our new electrical box in a zip . Nick was very nice and walked me through the steps of what he was doing and when. We had another tech over the summer (can’t remember his name but he has curly hair and wore a visor ) he spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Lennox to get our AC working. He was here for probably 3/4 hrs that day. Showed me tips & tricks incase it happened again. We appreciate every tech we come in contact with. My husband is a blue collar worker (trucker) so we understand the long work hours these guys have. & unlike other companies they are always pleasant to interact with! I don't typically write reviews but feel compelled. Falso was hired to repair an electrical circuit in my home and based on our experience, the company should probably be checked on by local electrical inspectors on every job they do. Was quoted a flat rate fee that was fairly high after paying their diagnostic fee. The technician that came after the quote seemed incredibly unsure of what he was doing making repeated trips to his truck to get on the phone. I'm unsure of the quality of the repair and am hiring someone else to check it. When the first tech was "done" they attempted to double charge their diagnostic fee. The technician departed and I found where he left the main panel cover off, a fixture laying on the floor uninstalled and outlet/switch plate covers left off, done with no intention of returning. I called there office and told them what happened. They sent a second tech to put things back together. He attempted to put the fixture back up and noted that the previous tech "must have a part with him" said he needed to get with his boss and left. On his departure left breaker off fixture in middle of the floor etc. Called there office again and was told that they would refund a small portion of the bill (they did do this small gesture) and would send someone else out to finish the job. Three weeks go by no word, then they call but to ask if I needed my furnace serviced. Never again, fully don't recommend and if I could give less than 1 star I would...
