We called them to fix a leaky bathroom sink and shower. Shower was leaking water from the “hot” dial and the sink had a drip in the faucet. They changed the fixtures on both. $1500 later we have a sink top that now needs to be replaced because they scratched it up taking the old one off. Since we don’t own this house it will be a necessary repair. I would not recommend them. Update: once they saw this review, they offered us a discount to remove this post. No offer to fix the sink they damaged mind you, just a few dollars to get rid of this review. Since they have come all of our shower dials loosen up after a few showers and they need to be screwed back in weekly as they loosen up quickly when we shower. So that will need to be fixed again. Zero stars would be more accurate. $1500 for what we had done and the damage they caused is ridiculous...

I only use Ray The Plumber for all my plumbing needs. They’re the best! Tim just put in a pump for my dehumidifier so that I don’t have to empty it almost everyday. He told me exactly what had to be done, discussed the price of the job, checked with me to see if I was happy with the job when finished , left everything nice and clean. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company...
