5 stars for sure. Travis was professional, fast and honest right out the gate. You can tell he’s experienced and knows what he’s talking about. I told him what I think the problem was, So After diagnosing the problem for free , he gave me his honest answer. He wasn’t pushy and gave me options. I decided to move forward with the leak and he was able to fix it in just a few hrs. He cleaned up after himself and left the yard like he saw it. I highly recommend him if you need a good plumber . I just purchased a home and was having the flooring updated. The floor installers removed a baseboard in our main bathroom and later that night, we started hearing a hissing noise and saw a small water leak on the floor. I called Pure Plumbing & Air the next morning and they came out the same day. Mike was just phenomenal in his diagnosis, repair and the cost was extremely reasonable! Unfortunately, it was the builder’s plumber who created the nightmare by not installing the original plumbing correctly. When our baseboards were originally put on, a finishing nail was driven through one of the water lines to the shower. When our floor installers removed the baseboard, the nail was pulled out and exposed the hole in the pipe. Mike is a GEM and knew just what to do! Thank you so much Mike and Pure Plumbing! I woke up to a flood in my kitchen and was able to schedule an appointment very quick. I wanted to stay local and ended up choosing Pure Plumbing and Air. My technician, Daniel L, showed up and he was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and personable. He listened to me and went over all possible causes of the flood. He was very upfront about pricing and ensured they didn’t have any hidden fees. He was able to find the problem and get it fixed in a quick, but very thorough manner. The water heater at my rental property started leaking and flooded the garage. My tenant, called Pure Plumbing & Air on a recommendation. Francis, our plumbing technician, showed up promptly. My tenant had to notify me so that I could approve the replacement of the water heater. I showed up at the property and he explained the situation. He gave me the cost of the replacement and said he could do it right away. Francis was very friendly and answered all of our questions in a courteous manner. Working alone, he finished in about 2 hours on a very hot day in Las Vegas. I am happy with his work and would not hesitate to use their services again...
