Gustafson's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I recently bought a house with an out-dated HVAC system that was repeatedly malfunctioning. Although there were clients scheduled ahead of me, the short wait for a consultation & estimate from Gustafson's was well worth it. Mike explained several possible options with consideration for my priorities, budget, long-term efficiency, & likely need for future service calls. When installing my new dual heat pump with furnace backup, he demonstrated conscientious pride in workmanship, going beyond industry standard to insulate roof connections, install safeguards against leaks, & make sure the unit would work well into the future. It was evident that this company values thoughtful , competent craftsmanship over frequent sales or future service calls...

Mike and his team were great, efficient and trustworthy. They removed our old swamp cooler, put a new air-conditioner on our roof and put in a new furnace. I was impressed that Mike, the founder and owner, actually led the crew. My wife was impressed how he showed incredible respect for his crew and how they all analyzed and went through a troubleshooting analysis of the installation. They were professional. They not only came on time, they arrived early. We did not have to pay anything until the job was done, and they were completely trustworthy. The price was completely reasonable as well. Plus Mike got along with our dog which was a plus. I don't think you can find anyone better...

Great job and very happy using Mike Gustafson. He's also a forward thinker and saw potential issues before the project started (not after), that's what i like with good subcontractors. We moved to NM from NH and had no experience with swamp coolers, water softeners, radiant heating, and tankless hot water, and the previous owners left us no instructions on maintaining and operating these systems. Mike answered all our questions and helped us get everything working properly. He and his team also made quick work of installing new toilets, and when they encountered problems while installing a new faucet in one of our bathroom sinks, they brainstormed some workarounds and got the job done splendidly. We were absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and the price they charged. We'll definitely use Mike and his team for future plumbing and HVAC work...
