It’s hard to find an honest, capable and skilled roofing team but Dan’s team is just that.  This was a more complex job (shingled and flat membrane roof on a contemporary house and included skylights).  Everything went like clockwork.  The team was well managed, communication was provided daily and all questions were answered quickly.  The job turned out great.  The team did a great job on the roof and skylights (the solar powered shades rock!) as well as the clean up.  I even caught Dan himself walking the property checking for nails after his team cleaned up.  Impressive!  Dan and his team truly care about the customer and they went out of their way to ensure I was happy.  Would not hesitate to recommend them...

Alte replaced our full roof recently. It was a very efficient and high quality job, which surprisingly only took one day. Their thorough cleanup of the yard resulted in only a single nail being found after the job was complete. We received amazing service from the start with their assessment process through completion and specifically from the project manager who found a way to brighten up my young daughter’s day following an epic meltdown on her part! It is the type of customer service you like to have on big a project like this...

Alte exteriors is the worst ever service I saw in my experience. I bought a home for which the roof was replaced by alte exteriors 5 year ago. On the housewarming day of my house the roof started pouring. I got an appointment from alte exteriors but their service member Dan could not figure out the problem. He made some fixes using some adhessives but by the next rain again it started pouring. After that howmany ever times I call these guys I never get appointment. This company is useless. Now I may have to pay couple thousand dollars again to fix my problem and fix the mold formed inside because waiting for these guys appointment costed me a lot.

The worst part is that the problem was very much evident. One of neighbors just figured out the problem by just looking at it, not sure why this is a rocket science for these guys...
