After lengthy research on which company would be the right fit, we decided on NJ Roofing & Gutters, and they did not disappoint. After reaching out with an inquiry, I received a response from Dionis (owner) right away and scheduled an onsite visit to assess the problem the following day. He arrived punctually and spent a considerable amount of time explaining in great detail what caused the leak, and our options to have it fixed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty when explaining what our options were. He presented us with different avenues to either repair the skylights, or replace them completely, even going a step further in detailing the pros/cons of different manufacturers without any added pressure for the sake of a sale. The decision was left 100% to us. We decided on a full replacement, and Dionis explained how the process would go. He put us on the schedule quickly, and his crew, who were extremely respectful and courteous, showed up on time to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Dionis promised that the property would be left as clean as it was when the crew showed up, and they lived up to that promise, even after the entire roofing section of the house was removed and replaced (and doing a gutter cleaning as well). If that wasn't enough, Dionis even paid us another visit himself a week after the work had been completed to double check everything and make sure we were happy with everything. Dionis of NJ Roofing & Gutters is a true example of professionalism, honesty and expert craftsmanship, which unfortunately is not as common as it should be nowadays as a lot of companies are more concerned with making a quick sale as opposed to doing a job the right way. They delivered on every claim they made with frequent and honest communication, leaving our family with the comfort of knowing that the job was done in the same way they would do a job on their own home. We are extremely happy that we reached out to Dionis and will absolutely use them again when needed in the future...“ Show more
