From the initial consultation with Orlando, to the time the crew left, everything was positive and beyond our expectations. Orlando explained everything in detail, and wore booties to keep our floors clean! The roof looks better than we hoped for. I'm always leary of sales people knocking on my door. But with Skylight and Karla, what started as my normal skeptical attitude turned into a very pleasant and satisfying home improvement project. Home improvement projects are often pain in the rear. They never seem to go the way they say it will. But with Skylight and Karla, every step was very professional, epecially Karla and her attention to detail and responsiveness. Karla kept us informed from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant project manager to work with! I'm really glad I didn't give her the boot when she showed up at my door like I do with 99% of other people.
