The experience we had with Fix Construction was totally positive. Jay and crew just finished the roof/skylight/ gutter replacement job, and we are totally satisfied with the results. From the moment we met him, Jay was nothing less than a complete professional. Despite his relative youth, he inspired confidence: his technical knowledge, presentation skills, and patience explaining the fine details of the job he would undertaken. In fact, among the many contractors who bid on the job, Jay was the only one who actually went on the roof and took photographs to show/explain the extent of the damage. His use of drone technology enabled us to follow the progress. Fix has a very professional crew that is one of their main assets. The job was completed on time, the crew cleaned up thoroughly and went out of their way  to help us rearrange some things. Would we use Fix again? In a heartbeat. Very pleased with my new roof by FIX Construction! Jay was easy to communicate with and he and his team explained all the details on what I needed. When something additional needed to get fixed on the roof, they fixed it immediately. They gave me a fair price for all the things like new gutters and new roof for the garage in addition to the house. They came on time (actually early) and the job was done well and on time.  I had spoken to 4 other roofing companies before getting in touch with Jay and glad we went with him...

Fix construction was prompt, responsive, and supplied a detail video on the repairs needed and supplied multiple estimates to fix the roof issue which was helpful during my dealings with the insurance company. Jay was professional, patient, and very helpful during the whole process which took a bit longer due to the incompetence of insurance company. I highly recommend using Fix Construction for any roofing fix or replacement needed on your home...

I highly recommend Fix Construction. My 31-year-old roof had begun to spring leaks and needed to be replaced. I phoned Fix Construction, they took my info, got back to me in 20 minutes, set up a time that same day to come to my home, went up on the roof, took pictures and showed me the damage and discussed my options for repair or replacement. I was emailed a written proposal that same evening. After a few days of considering the other quotes, estimates, and options, I decided to do the full old roof removal and install an all-new GAF material roof from “GAF Certified” Fix Construction. They scheduled the work to be done the following week, weather permitting. Jay stayed in contact via text message advising exactly when materials, dumpster, and his crew would arrive. I have worked in a customer service industry for 40 years and I can say without hesitation that Fix Construction is a team of true professionals and I am extremely pleased with the services they provided and would and have already recommended them. I have given them permission to give my email and/or phone number as a reference for them...
