The sales rep. Andre Also responded to my messages on the Sunday and did an amazing job getting the office to help me. The office staff were amazing. They did a great job setting up exact time to meet a technician. And Christian Came to the rescue to fix the leak. He was very timely and professional. Diagnosed the problem and immediately to fix it. He checked it several times to make sure that the leak was resolved and Explained because and how it was fixed. He also took the time to go through the remote control settings as I had some trouble understanding how to use it. I have to say I’ve been very impressed with the whole team. We certainly recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they offer. This is my first time using Weltman services, and I would certainly reach out for their help in the future Grace C Previous post right after install June 2024… The electricians came, and were extremely efficient, punctual, and polite. Joe explained the process and everything that is being done. They did a thorough job and I was very happy with them. Andre our sales rep has been in contact throughout the entire process. He has been wonderful to work with! Andre was pivotal in our decision to use Weltman. And it was the right choice. He streamlined the project and was in communication with his manager Patrick and the hvac and electrical staff to get things done right. He touched base until the job was done. Just some minor sheet rock to correct which Weltman has Graciously agreed to fix for us. And thank you Patrick for being involved and offering competitive pricing. It’s been a great experience over all. Barbara the office mgr was also super on top of the approvals and permits and have kept us updated. She was terrific. And the guys that came to perform the install were great! Thank you Christian, Mike, and Olmedo!! All three men were terrific. They were on time and worked tirelessly to finish the job. They were clean, professional, respectful, walked us through the entire plan. When finished they cleaned up and reviewed how everything works. We were very happy. First and foremost, I have never worked with a firm where every single touchpoint, from the folks answering the phones, to the estimator, to the team themselves... all were exceedingly polite, very friendly and across the board helpful. Wow! We had a significant amount of cast iron sewer pipes that were severely corroded and leaking into the basement. We had been in multi-month discussions with another firm, very nice folks - but they would never commit to a date nor schedule the work. It became clear that they just didn't have the ability to handle. Luckily for us, several folks on our local neighborhood email group recommended Good Tidings, so I gave them a call. They came out, spent a lot of time looking at what needed to be done and spoke with us extensively throughout. Amazingly, they were willing and able to pull an entire crew together the same day if needed (!) - which actually was a bit too fast for us since we had to plan schedules; what a great early sign of their responsiveness! We needed this done right, and these were the guys to do it. On the day of the job, they brought a CREW. Every single person was in a great mood, jovial, super friendly, and helpful. It was obvious they enjoyed working with each other and really cared about their work. At one point, we had FIVE trucks at the house and a bunch of great guys - we were so incredibly appreciative given the scale of the work needed. During the initial estimate, they had also noted that the hot water heater was in need of replacement - I appreciated their thoroughness and the fact that it likely saved us from a future "emergency" issue. I firmly believe that relationships matter. In this day and age, when you're lucky enough to find a provider that so obviously takes pride in their work, takes care of their people, values clients as well as their reputation - one is quite fortunate. We will undoubtedly ask Good Tidings' assistance with a number of future projects, and are so thankful to have found them.
