8/30/24 - The service that Pat provided for our Water Heater was exceptional. The heater wasn't working properly and he was able to diagnose it, order the parts, install them and professionally finished the job. Although their pricing is high for individual services you can package them and get a price for what we needed for Air Conditioning, Heater and Water Heater for a very good deal. I highly recommend them. 9/9/24 - Mike came out to service the AC & Heating Systems. He was very thorough and gave us great explanations as to all of the aspects of our systems and some recommendations for them. 9/13/24 - I still had an issue with the Water Heater as it was getting cold after a while. Don came out and handled it in a very professional manner explaining what was probably happening and what I could do to get it right. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and analysis and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and its employees...

Our entire experience with Dwyer has been truly exceptional. We’ve been dealing with a very old furnace and it was time to be replaced YESTERDAY! McKenzie is an excellent customer service person. Eric, who came to give us an estimate for the project, was super articulate, professional and thorough in his explanations of our options. He’s an excellent ‘first opinion’ creator for Dwyer. Eric let us borrow a great space heater to keep us warm overnight. Sooo grateful! As promised, Tommy and Tyler showed up the next morning completely prepared for our furnace replacement project. What wonderful guys! They make a great brother team too. We even had great conversations during the day. By mid-afternoon, we had a new furnace and thermostat. Got a tankless hot water heater from Dwyer a couple of years ago. Works great. Came home one day, hot water is not quite up to speed. Next day, seems fine, then after a weekend away, come home at night to no hot water. Called Dwyer, and in a reasonable amount of time, they got it up and running with a temporary fix. Next, they diagnosed the issue got the necessary part and now we are back to fully operational. Always prompt, courteous & professional and much appreciated. They have taken care of a couple of houses for us (moved from one to another, transferred our maintenance contract), so we can make this claim, as to the consistency of the quality of their service, for several years now...
