I hired Rafael for my siding and back deck project. He listened carefully to all my ideas and was very easy to work with. He is an Honest contractor. While pulling the permit for my project, Rafael showed a lot of patience and worked with the town to resolve issues, even when I believed the town was being unreasonable. After experiencing a leak in our new home, my husband and I were in need of a quick fix. We contacted Pro Roofers and received an inspection from Rafael the next day. He provided us with a reasonable quote and was ready to work.   Due to a flood in our basement we had to postpone the roofing work by 2 weeks. Rafael was understanding and rescheduled when we were ready.
