After extensive research on local roofing companies, we hired Bora for the job — a total roof replacement and new decking for our flat-roof townhouse in downtown Jersey City.

Nick and the team at Bora were extremely communicative, prompt and transparent throughout the entire process. When they unexpectedly found rotted wood beneath our existing roof, they invited us up to see the damage for ourselves and worked with us on a solution that didn’t break the bank.

We are extremely satisfied with the results: both the integrity of the new roof itself and the final look with the IPE decking. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and attention to detail was exceptional...

I reach out to several contractors but Bora Construction was the most responsive and easiest to work with when it came to providing a reasonable estimate and timeframe to get the work done.
