The experience from first contact with their sales rep Joseph, to their office with Maureen, their project manager Pete, and their crew, was great from beginning to end!

I was having problems with my vinyl siding falling off after a bad windstorm and general sloppiness from whoever had put up the vinyl originally. I contacted the company and they had Joseph come out within a couple of days. He was very thorough with his assessment and found that our house (built in the 70's) still had the original asbestos siding underneath the vinyl! He took measurements right there and had an estimate for me before he had even left. We went with a full asbestos removal and replacement of new wrap, vinyl, and gutters.

Communication was top notch from everyone. I received a phone call for every step of the way to update me on when materials arrived and when the work crew would be working. The crew did a great job. The pictures speak for themselves, no words would do it justice. They were respectful of my property and made sure to clean up after they left for the day.

At the final walk through I told Pete about a few things I had concerns about and he went above and beyond to make sure these concerns were addressed so I would be 100% happy.

Great company, great crew. Highly recommend...

I had contacted ECC awhile back and at the time it became clear I couldn't afford to fix the issue right then and there. With that every few weeks I'd get a friendly follow up text from them looking to see if I still needed help. I did but the timing was wrong. I wasn't bothered, and the texts didn't but me. Well the time was finally right and I responded. That's the long part of the story, the short part is how friendly and efficient the process was from there. I couple of texts, a picture of the problem, a quote and a down payment handled in a couple of texts. I called to make sure and they were super friendly on the phone. Anyway the job was scheduled for the next day and that morning their man George came out and had the job wrapped up on a couple of hours. Again friendly professional, and a job well done at a great price. This is a great shop and when it comes time for a new roof I will be calling them...

Great company to work with. Luke and Brian were extremely professional and knowledgeable when they came out for inspection. Dominic did a great job keeping me updated on the timeline  and the crew that came out to do the job were super efficient
The whole site was cleaned up by the time I got home and my new roof really improved the look and value of our home. ECC far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for roofing and siding needs! I would click 6 stars if I could...
