I had a great experience with ECC Roofing and Siding from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. During the initial inspection, they truly went above and beyond—even taking down branches that were touching my roof, which I didn’t expect at all.

What stood out most was their honesty. They pointed out visible damage that needed attention beyond what I originally called them for, but never pressured me into doing more than I was comfortable with. That level of transparency is hard to find.

They were also willing to take on a smaller job when other companies wouldn’t even consider it, which I really appreciated. The inspection was free, and we were able to review everything and sign a contract the same day. It was also impressive that the owner personally came out for the inspection.

Pricing was fair, and the final results exceeded my expectations. The entire payment process was smooth and convenient—they accepted ACH for the deposit, and once I approved the completed work, they handled the final payment seamlessly without any extra steps on my end.

Overall, it was a stress-free experience. I would absolutely recommend ECC Roofing and Siding for anything from a small repair to a full home remodel...

The experience from first contact with their sales rep Joseph, to their office with Maureen, their project manager Pete, and their crew, was great from beginning to end!

I was having problems with my vinyl siding falling off after a bad windstorm and general sloppiness from whoever had put up the vinyl originally. I contacted the company and they had Joseph come out within a couple of days. He was very thorough with his assessment and found that our house (built in the 70's) still had the original asbestos siding underneath the vinyl! He took measurements right there and had an estimate for me before he had even left. We went with a full asbestos removal and replacement of new wrap, vinyl, and gutters.

Communication was top notch from everyone. I received a phone call for every step of the way to update me on when materials arrived and when the work crew would be working. The crew did a great job. The pictures speak for themselves, no words would do it justice. They were respectful of my property and made sure to clean up after they left for the day.

At the final walk through I told Pete about a few things I had concerns about and he went above and beyond to make sure these concerns were addressed so I would be 100% happy.

Great company, great crew. Highly recommend...

Conway roofing did an outstanding job on my new roof. They are 100 percent professional. My yard was thoroughly cleaned of all debris and nails. The price was very reasonable. My large roof was completed in one day. Looks beautiful. Very nice people too...
