Historical Victorian Home Renovation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very lucky to have had help from Max, Mendy, and Manuel to bring this old home back to life. There is still lots to do, and I plan to take my time and continue to hire only the best.

This was a complicated roof with many surfaces and lots of old charm that needed catering to. The problematic yankee gutters were removed and required some creative thinking to place the new gutters and downspouts to maintain a beautiful, Victorian-friendly look.

What would be “the BEST roofing company” to you? For me it was the precision workmanship, the creative solutions to complex problems, the eye for detail. You might be thinking about price, and I can confirm that their quote was fair and extremely competitive.

If you want the best, and you don’t want to be played-around with on price (as some contractors will do), you will give Max and Mendy a call.

We moved into or home 5 years ago and unfortunately, the roof was old and needed to be replaced. WeatherSeal was the 2nd company I reached out to. Max, (one of the co-owners) came by the house, listened to our concerns, answered all of my questions about his company, explained their roofing process in detail, and was not pushy. We were sold right on the spot.
I feel the price was reasonable considering the upgrades I chose and I'm very happy with the results.
You never know what surprises are hiding underneath until they remove all the shingles, and unfortunately several sections of plywood needed to be replaced due to rot. Co-owner Mattie (hope I spelled his name correctly) called and explained everything in detail. I hadn't planned for additional cost (ignorant me, never been thru this before) but they were kind enough to work with me for this additional payment. (use a different payment method).
The entire crew were wonderful, meticulously cleaned up when they were finished and I'm a happy camper.
Both of the co-owners (Max & Mattie) showed up, then there's the foreman that stays on roof and site Mgr (Monte') on ground.
I highly recommend WeatherSeal if you should ever need your roof replaced...
