Historical Victorian Home Renovation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very lucky to have had help from Max, Mendy, and Manuel to bring this old home back to life. There is still lots to do, and I plan to take my time and continue to hire only the best.

This was a complicated roof with many surfaces and lots of old charm that needed catering to. The problematic yankee gutters were removed and required some creative thinking to place the new gutters and downspouts to maintain a beautiful, Victorian-friendly look.

What would be “the BEST roofing company” to you? For me it was the precision workmanship, the creative solutions to complex problems, the eye for detail. You might be thinking about price, and I can confirm that their quote was fair and extremely competitive.

If you want the best, and you don’t want to be played-around with on price (as some contractors will do), you will give Max and Mendy a call.

I received quotes to replace my roof and gutters from several different companies before I chose WeatherSeal. Other companies did not go over much details and left me with more questions than answers after receiving the quotes. Max from WeatherSeal was very thorough in his inspection and explained all of the work and materials that will be used in great detail which made me feel comfortable and confident in my selection of this company. We had a great experience with WeatherSeal Roofing & Gutters for our roof replacement project.  Mendy and Max (owners of the firm) are truly hands-on and very communicative throughout the entire process.

Initially we had the pleasure of meeting Mendy who educated us on the process of a new roof installation.  Mendy had a full presentation on the process and materials used and how his firm differs from the competition in terms of better quality control and/or higher quality material used during the installation.  We were impressed that he took time to fly a drone (by the way - it was a top of the line DJI model) over the roof to point out the problematic areas on the old roof.

On the day of the installation, the staff was disciplined, well-trained and courteous.  Pictures were taken throughout the day and relayed back to Mendy and Max so they would have real-time updates on the project.  Mendy also stopped by a couple to times to monitor the install and to address any questions we may have.  Most importantly, I found out the staff was paid very well as the company looks to retain the best talent and to align incentives to good outcomes.  We also appreciate that Mendy came by a couple of days after the installation for a final walk-through to address an problems or questions.

We highly recommend WeatherSeal Roofing to anyone looking for good value for their roofing projects.  In fact, we found ourselves constantly asking the owners if they do other home renovation projects!  This is probably the best compliment a service company could receive...
