Service techs were very nice, patient and through. Brian, who did the actual removal and replacement of the hot water heater, was very patient and through in explaining what he was doing, why. Explained the testing and what his findings meant. I was extremely happy with the service provided. Owning an old home (105 y.o. ) I will have no problem calling you company to come out again...

Jon and his coworker were professional and did fantastic job replacing the main water valve and replacing faulty water feed line. Work space was kept clean and they were respectful with my home and family...

Len the Plumber is amazing, and Len Feldman in particular! This is the 2nd time we reached out to Len the Plumber for help (because the first time was so great, not because there was any problem with what they did). The first time, we had a very old toilet that they don't make parts for any more. Len was able to recondition the original part, and the toilet has been working beautifully ever since. He saved us a great deal of money, because without the part, we'd be replacing the entire toilet. More recently, he came out with his colleague Mark to help with a bathroom faucet that literally exploded. (Our plumbing is quite old.) They did an amazing job, and they were very careful with the existing plumbing. I'm no expert, but I very much get the sense that they did what was necessary, plus a little well-advised preventative measures to prevent future disasters with our plumbing being so old, and nothing more. What I mean to say is: the price was totally reasonable, especially given that they spent 4 hours here, and in no way do I feel like I was "taken for a ride." In all the discussions of the work, and the finances, they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else. Very happy customer here...

So grateful for Jason with Len Plumbing. He was knowledgable and thorough in his explanations and repair. We had a leak from our bathroom and gave excellent directions to help us find the best option for repair. We had a consult first and slept on Jason's advice while we decided what was best for us. We decided to call Len's Plumbing back to move forward with the repair and specifically requested Jason. Thank you Jason for your advice and repair! If I call Len's again, I'd ask for Jason. I rather have a technician I'm comfortable with than shooting in the dark again for another...
