If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Incredible service from estimate to completion. George went above and beyond on this job and was there every step of the way. Exceeded all expectations! It is comforting knowing there are still trustworthy and reliable contractors out there that put their customers first. Epic is unquestionably the best I have worked with. George and his team are extremely skillful in their work and their attention to detail is second to none. They managed to tear off and replace 2 layers of shingles and an unforeseen layer of cedar shake, replace all soffit panels, and fascia wrap, in addition to a few minor cosmetic changes I requested to the trim, all within two days. This was a big project and had it not been for a complete tear off of unexpected cedar shake, the job would have been done even faster. George and his team made short work of it. George also has a great eye for aesthetics and recommendations when it comes to choosing colors for roof and trim. This is one of the few companies I can recommend with absolute certainty and confidence...

George was super easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. We called to set up a time to get a quote for a roof replacement and he answered on the first call and was able to fit us in for a quote later that week. George took the time to explain everything about the roof replacement to us and answer our many questions. He brought us full size shingle boards so we could make sure the color we chose would look good with our siding. After we picked a color, he was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly and complete the roof within two days even though our roof is on the larger side and there is not a ton of daylight this time of year. The roof looks amazing, and I am confident that it will last a long time. If we do run into any issues, the 10 year labor warranty and 50 year parts warranty should have us covered. If ever there was a service provider/contractor that could change the rules for reviews-it would be George Schiano with his Epic Exteriors LLC- a 5 star system is not enough! Not only would I give him and his team 5 stars-I would give the 5 stars for all the categories that you would expect from a contractor. It is evident that he is meticulous in everything he does- 5 stars; he responded immediately to all requests- 5 stars. When he saw I was in dire need of a roof replacement because of leaks and interior damage, despite a busy schedule, he fit us in for an estimate and roof replacement within a week- 5 stars. His work is impeccable-our new roof is beautiful- even our neighbors commented about how great a job they did- 5 stars. And he is a great person and a pleasure to talk to and always responds immediately - 5 stars. So it is without reservation that I give George et al my highest recommendation.
