George was super easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. We called to set up a time to get a quote for a roof replacement and he answered on the first call and was able to fit us in for a quote later that week. George took the time to explain everything about the roof replacement to us and answer our many questions. He brought us full size shingle boards so we could make sure the color we chose would look good with our siding. After we picked a color, he was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly and complete the roof within two days even though our roof is on the larger side and there is not a ton of daylight this time of year. The roof looks amazing, and I am confident that it will last a long time. If we do run into any issues, the 10 year labor warranty and 50 year parts warranty should have us covered. If ever there was a service provider/contractor that could change the rules for reviews-it would be George Schiano with his Epic Exteriors LLC- a 5 star system is not enough! Not only would I give him and his team 5 stars-I would give the 5 stars for all the categories that you would expect from a contractor. It is evident that he is meticulous in everything he does- 5 stars; he responded immediately to all requests- 5 stars. When he saw I was in dire need of a roof replacement because of leaks and interior damage, despite a busy schedule, he fit us in for an estimate and roof replacement within a week- 5 stars. His work is impeccable-our new roof is beautiful- even our neighbors commented about how great a job they did- 5 stars. And he is a great person and a pleasure to talk to and always responds immediately - 5 stars. So it is without reservation that I give George et al my highest recommendation. And a 5-star rating LOL...

So I want to start off by saying that the name of this company says it all !!! They are Epic for sure. Start with the owner George, professional, knowledgeable, polite and kind. The estimate process was informative and very thorough. George even had a step by step slide show to how it was going to happen. So after signing the contract maybe a couple of days later George called and asked if he could stop by because he thinks he could do a much better job matching the window trim so I said fine. When he came he found a much better match and I agreed so we made the change. He let me know a few days later that there would be a delay because this would need to be a special order. He said in his opinion it would be worth it and I agreed. He gave me a date of the first week of December and I said fine. I’m so glad I did. Then out of no where George called mid November to say it was all on and could he start that weekend and I said sure no problem. So the process began and every step George explained during the estimate happened the way he explained. Now comes the part for me that makes this Epic. I’ve done some other projects before and I’ve never seen someone bring a portable bathroom for his team to use. Each and every day George was first to the job site and as the teams arrived he greeted each and everyone with a smile a good morning and a handshake. Got them coffee and then lunch each day. And at the end of the day it was a thank you a hand shake and a good job!!! On the day of the roof install they first needed to do a complete tear off and George came early went to Home Depot and bought some lumber to construct a ramp so his team could safely and efficiently do the tear off. Making their job easier. And it was clearly seen by me that his team appreciates him and each day they thanked him for coffee and lunch. In todays world it’s very rare to see a boss go way above and beyond for there employees. I’m sorry I know this review is long just a few more point's. They finished the trim and roof and we’re going to install gutters the next day and George noticed finger prints on the trim and was like tomorrow I’ll come wipe down all the trim. I was like the gutters will hide it it’s more a problem. Sure enough the next morning at 8:00 am at 36 degrees George is on the roof wiping the trim. George isn’t the boss to stand and watch them work he was up and down the ladder making sure they all had what the needed to get the job done right the first time. The attention to detail was not missed. So if your looking for someone who will do the job right the first time and treat you with respect and not just be looking to make a quick buck. Just had my garage roof done by George from Epic. Very well done. Clean and neat. George and his crew not only let me get rid of a bunch of bags, old wood and pavers, but they also helped me load it in their dumpster. Couldn’t ask for better service. We’ll be reaching back out to George when we need the house reroofed. Thanks guys...
