About

Homeowners often dread working with contractors. At Novalis Roofing & Siding we proved a transparent process so you can be confident the job is done right the first time and you never have to worry about your roof or siding again....

Review highlights

Roof repairs and gutter installations in Chatham, including Alex identifying a design defect in a Toll Brothers townhouse that HOA contractors later referenced. Alex was also referred for a neighbor’s replacement after diagnosing a humidity issue.

The Novalis team did a fantastic job on my home. They really took charge and knew how to get into the details to make my house look great. No cutting corners. They did my roof and siding and made it look like a brand new home and added all kinds of features I wasn’t even thinking of. Highly recommend these guys....

Jim did a great job as project manager and Devin was excellent to work with. Novalis installed heat tape on our roof and our gutters to prevent ice dams. Novalis came out, took detailed pictures, they were very communicative and patient. We would definitely work with Novalis again....

We had an excellent experience with Novalis from start to finish. They were incredibly personable, professional, and Alex took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues with our existing gutter system instead of rushing to a quick fix.He then carefully explained it all in detail and photos.

Hernan and his crew who executed the work were outstanding. They were meticulous, explained everything clearly, and paid close attention to every detail. It was obvious they take pride in their work. Good work takes time, and they never rushed the job just to finish quickly.

Our new gutter system looks absolutely beautiful, and we’re confident it was installed the right way. If you’re looking for a company that values quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Novalis!...
