After 90 years, my side porch roof needed total reconstruction. This was a complicated project requiring many stages and several crews. The roof deck was demoed, rebuilt, covered with a fiberglass surface, and a new Azek railing was fabricated. The new railing was constructed with great skill to closely match the other existing railings on the house. Other work included: siding repair, installing a new exterior door, re-insulating, and installing new gutters.
The finished project exceeded my expectations. Novalis employees are highly skilled and friendly to work with. Jonathon Novalis himself came to my house several times before and during construction. Devin was an experienced, responsive person to have on project management.
Novalis is a well run company doing excellent work...

I needed some roof repairs after the wind storms we had recently and also needed to correct some poor work done by a different contractor. Fredo initially came and went up on the roof to document the work. Took pictures and showed me what needed to be done.  The estimate was reasonable. The work was scheduled promptly. The crew led by Gomez Vasquez showed up on time, did all the repairs in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. Great job all around...

As a realtor, Novalis is always my first call whenever there is any issue with a roof.  Alex Pribula is super responsive and always manages to squeeze me in.  He recently inspected a roof for me and identified a bathroom vent that was venting directly into the attic which can cause mold.  He provided us with a reasonable estimate the same day.  100% would recommend and will certainly be calling Alex again in the future...
