After 90 years, my side porch roof needed total reconstruction. This was a complicated project requiring many stages and several crews. The roof deck was demoed, rebuilt, covered with a fiberglass surface, and a new Azek railing was fabricated. The new railing was constructed with great skill to closely match the other existing railings on the house. Other work included: siding repair, installing a new exterior door, re-insulating, and installing new gutters.
The finished project exceeded my expectations. Novalis employees are highly skilled and friendly to work with. Jonathon Novalis himself came to my house several times before and during construction. Devin was an experienced, responsive person to have on project management.
Novalis is a well run company doing excellent work...

Needed a small job done. A gutter extension and about 15 feet of gutters and a downspout off my terrace. I called to request a quote and Fredo can’t the same day. He took photos and within a day he sent a report on the job with a quote which was a bit more expensive than another company but the other company did not come to the house. They took info from me and gave me a number. I accepted the quote and we got the job scheduled.

Hernan and Victor came to my house and scoped the job. They knew exactly what to do. They proceeded with the job and also cleaned up very well after the job was done. It looks great.

I’ll need some gutter cleaning done and maybe some new screens at some point. I will call Novalis for sure...

Novalis repaired our water damaged siding, corner posts, and gutter joints. Devin headed the screw run by Gomez. Devin managed the operation well and kept informed me of what is going on. Gomez was very friendly and explained the details of what he is doing. The pictures he took of the work progress were very helpful. One view of the gutter joint I wanted to see was the top view AFTER the miter joints were made. I would have liked to that the joints were screwed together or rivetted.
When I mentioned improvement to be made with painting the crew accommodated my requests...
